I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I am certified to teach NK-4. I have always taught in Catholic schools. I taught first grade for seven years and have taught second grade for the last decade. My favorite subjects to teach are math and science. I enjoy reading and riding my bicycle on different trails in Virginia. My special talent is riding a unicycle. I’m a member of the Nerd Herd and will buy books before I will buy anything else, even food. I follow my favorite authors on Twitter and my students call me the picky punctuation police! If I had attended Hogwarts, I would have been sorted into Ravenclaw.
