Mrs. Kenley has been teaching school for twenty-eight years and Title 1 at Star of the Sea School for seventeen years.  Her students are fondly known as the Kenley Kids.  When Mrs. Kenley walks through the hallways, you can hear many of the students ask if they can join the Kenley Kids, as they have heard that the students have so much fun learning in her care.

Title One is a Federal program designed to give families and students extra time and extra help to make sure they get the best education possible.
