Mrs. Wilhelm was born in Maryland and has resided in Virginia for most of her life. After graduating from high school in Northern Virginia, Mrs. Wilhelm moved to Virginia Beach to attend college. The first time her family lived in Virginia Beach, she was in the second grade and her father was stationed at Oceana. She received her First Holy Communion at Star of the Sea. Mrs. Wilhelm has always felt a spiritual connection to our church and school!

With experience as a public school teacher and a librarian, Mrs. Wilhelm has worked with many students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities. She has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree from Old Dominion University. She is a member of the Library Science program at Old Dominion University.
