In the Fourth Grade class of Math, Science, and Religion, we learn a lot!  For the first time, Science is taught at least four out of the five-day school week and consists of a lot of new content.

First of all, we learn in depth about the Solar System in Earth and Space Science and we have an exciting project to go along with that!  In Life Science, we study different ecosystems such as rain forests and deserts and we have yet another exciting project that we do during that time of study.  We also learn a lot about matter and the periodic table, energy and magnetism, and plants and animals which is also fun!

Religion is a wonderful experience in the Fourth Grade because we really focus in on the Ten Commandments and all of the values, morals, and ethics that go along with them.  In addition we look deeply into the eight Beatitudes.  We also study a lot about various saints. Religion is a relaxing, interesting, and enjoyable experience.

Math in the Fourth Grade is awesome! We tackle and conquer multiplication and division, including multiplication bees against other grades, during which time, Fourth Grade is always prepared and on top.  We also take an in-depth look at fractions, measurement, decimals, and algebra to be sure that we are ready for what the fifth grade has in store.
       

In a nutshell, the fourth grade is awesome - it is truly the best!
