ADMISSIONS POLICIES

Star of the Sea Regional Catholic School, an accredited VCEA and SACS school, offers a challenging and spiritual educational program for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade Eight. Teacher-to-Student ratio is approximately 1:22, affording each child quality instructional and spiritual development time each day. A Before and After Care Program, Student Council Association, Athletics, Performing Arts, After-School Clubs are a few of the many extra-curricular offerings available to students. In addition, Parental Resources are available.

Star of the Sea Regional Catholic School admits qualified students of any race, gender, color, disability (if reasonable accommodations can be assumed by the school), or national origin.

ADMISSON PROCEDURES

Testing may be required of applicant for entrance and placement purposes. The steps towards admission include:

Admission Application
Interview with Principal
Non-Refundable Application Fee
Records Request and recommendations from previous school (if applicable)
Upon acceptance, registration and deposit

2007-2008 TUTION INFORMATION

Tutition Assistance is available to familes who are active, contributing members of a Catholic parish.

Assistance is available to families who have children registered in Kindergarten through Grade Eight.
Applicants will be asked to submit necessary financial information to FACTS.
All applications must be sent directly to FACTS with the appropriate fee for processing.
Tuition Assistance decisions are made after review by the Principal and Finance Committee of the School Board prior to start of the school year.
